Supervise a staff 50 that produces upwards of 8000 meals daily and delivers the meals to underserved communities. Manage multiple teams that produce meals based on the needs of the community, by contract, to help decrease food insecurity all throughout the San Joaquin Valley, CAWork with other Nonprofit organizations in Federal Funded Collaborations. Development menus alongside a Registered Dietician to follow Dietary Guidelines of America and programs such as National School Lunch Programs. Supply hot and cold foods for programs such as The Head Start Program and Senior Meals on Wheels. Event planning for other CBOs and large community events. Project planning for future organizational goals and searching for new funding. Manage food demonstrations, distributions and Nutrition Education efforts for staff and community outreach.Responsible for Applicant screening and interviewing. responsible for hiring, training, scheduling, creating new policies and procedures to meet companies current needs, conduct employee counseling and annual evaluation, check emails, text, and voicemail to maintain consistent contact with other nonprofit organizations, vendors, and clients, and members throughout the organization. Critical thinking, analyzing, proper balance between floor supervision and clerical work, food quality assurance, safety enforcement.
