I was a past contractor (Celebrity Chef) for Novo Nordisk for 5+ years and have presented over 100 times to groups as small as 20 people and in excess of 700 people. During my time with them I traveled all over the United States and did presentations along with Diabetes Educators on how to cook and eat healthy, its importance, how to still enjoy great tasting food while still maintaining a healthy eating lifestyle.
