Eu era o Chef Executivo e era responsável pela organização, desenvolvimento e treinamento dos funcionários. Atualmente atuo na Pao Santo produção de Pão Artesanal, Fermentação Natural, Pãezinhos, Pão de Trigo, Gestão de Equipe de Cozinha, Desenvolvimento e Criação de Receitas, Pratos e Ficha de Pratos. Controle de Estoques e Compras de Fornecedores, Gestão de Equipes e Compras Diretamente de Fornecedores.
