I have been the Senior Events Co-ordinator/PA for GEM innovations, a renowned local events company, since 2019.My numerous list of duties include but are not by any means limited to: • Project Management• Management of Multiple Catering & Events from 80 to 1000 people • Full administrative duties • Event and Catering Schedules • Pre and post meetings with teams and suppliers • Customer and employee Liaison• Marketing I also own and manage catering and patisserie business of my own known as ‘The Pink Chef’ and have done so for several years servicing those in need of every form of catering such as:• Ready cooked wholesome homemade meals delivered to your doorstep • Office lunch and entertainment platters with every form of finger and sit down food required• Wedding and Funerals with full COVID-19 compliance and safer individually packaged and beautifully presented food parcels.• Full catering at every level – Spit braais and decadent deserts form my specialist pastry kitchen are always favourites!Why connect with me?• I am a people’s person with a gift for customer liaison.
