Cape Sienna Hotel & Villas, has 146 rooms and nine villas.I'm in charge of all food operations for two restaurants, one tapas bar and one beach club.

I was in charge of culinary and wine operations at La Gritta Italian Restaurant.

•In 2003 I "landed" in Bangkok to launch the new "Scoozi" restaurant, in Surawongse Road, a complexwith Pizzeria, wine bar, bakery, Italian restaurant and Disco Club. Opened in 2004.•In 2004, another project, the Fogo Vivo, Brazilian churrascaria at chitlom in the basement of thePresident tower.Token since the building phase and launched six month later at full steam.•In 2005 I was hired by the Kasemkij group as executive chef in charge of three restaurants, Bangkok(No. 43 Italian Bistrot), Rayong (No. 43 Italian Bistrot) and Pukhet (Uncle Nan’s) inside Cape PanwaHotel.
