Hello Everyone, I am Chef Gina, a certified chef with an Associate Degree of Applied Science from Le Cordon Bleu in 2016. I additionally hold a baking and pastry certification from Kendall College, which further enhances my skills and expertise in the baking and pastry world. I am the proud owner of an at home bakery "Scratch Cafe Bakery," where I bring a blend of creativity, precision, and passion to every confection, cake, or dish I create. This culinary journey has secured me with an exquisite knowledge of baking techniques, flavor profiles, and the fine art of presentation.
