Regular rounds of the property to assure the cleanliness and if any maintenance work somewhere. Satisfaction targets are met and exceeded. Made annual & monthly budget, forecast and work plan, implementing them effectively. Lead in all key property issues including capital projects, customer service, and refurbishment. Work on budgets with sales team to achieve. Ensured that the standards are fully implemented, and hotel comply with all regulatory requirements which includes hygiene and safety standards.
