Katie Mae is a Nutritionist and Culinary Coach teaching how to make a plant-based diet easy, healthy, and delicious! Her mission is to empower people in the kitchen via fabulous recipes and culinary instruction that make health and vitality the true pleasure in life!Since 2011, Katie Mae’s been teaching weekly at TrueNorth Health Center, and working with Dr. McDougall’s Health & Medical Center. She’s also a contributor to the Forks Over Knives website, the Food Revolution Network, and the Plant-Based Nutrition Support Group.
