Responsible for the menu engineering, food production and logistics of a large scale catering operation with a primary focus on healthy eating in BC schools. Using the Canadian Health Guidelines for healthy eating I created kid friendly lunches that replaced the classic "hot dog day".I also designed cooking and facilitated classes for kids aged 5-17.

As Chef and Owner I managed all aspects of the operation. From contracting and participating in the build to the interior design and marketing. I designed and executed the food,cocktail and wine program.We were featured in Vancouver Magazine and other publishings and were recognized in the lower mainland as a destination for fine dining.

Reporting to the Operations Manager and the Owner I managed typical operational requirements including training, facilities maintenance and cash handling.I managed the Chilliwack location and supported the development of our newly acquired Burnaby location while completing my Red Seal designation.
