I am a Chef / Catering Manager with a wide range of skills and experiences. I most enjoy working in challenging roles that enable me to deliver a comprehensive service. I have a genuine passion for developing solutions to deliver improvements that impact significantly on business’ operations. I particularly enjoy delivering an outstanding customer experience - translation - I like to put good food well presented on the customer's plate. I work well with people of all levels, building a team and coaching team members to achieve their best and have a proven track record built on strong communication skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate and coach staff on an individual and team level. I am good at time management and discovering more efficient methods of work. I do not find change daunting and have high levels of self-confidence and personal responsibility.The type of role which excites me is one where I can strive to improve operations to drive business to meet both short term customer expectations and longterm profitability. One where I can use my knowledge and skills to achieve success; a company with whom I can be enthusiastic about my work and allow me to make a real difference to customer satisfaction with the food with which they are presented.I am old school trained and a bit of a detail hound.
