After moving to the USA from Peru at a young age, I developed a deep passion for authentic Peruvian cuisine. I pursued this passion by attending culinary school in Nashville, where I honed my skills and embraced the vibrant flavors of my heritage. My journey led me to work in high-end restaurants around Nashville, gaining invaluable experience in the culinary world. Driven by the desire to bring the taste of Peru to the local community, I launched my own food truck, which quickly became a hit among Nashvillians. Fueled by this success and my dedication, I eventually opened my first restaurant in East Nashville, where I continue to share the rich, authentic flavors of Peruvian cuisine.
