A 150 cover, 8,000 Sq.ft restaurant launched for the first time in Gulf in the city of Al-khobar, KSA.As an Executive Sous Chef, I was responsible for managing the pre-opening and operations , Equipment forecast for culinary division ,Budgeting, Conceptualising the restaurant along with menu designing.
