With over 5 years of experience in the esports industry, I’ve had the privilege to spend that time learning and growing within Alliance. From starting as the team chef and evolving into the General Manager I know oversee operations across multiple teams such as Apex Legends and Dota 2. My journey has been one of continuous learning, hard work and leadership development, allowing me to now act as the right hand to Kelly, our company's CSO. Throughout my time at Alliance I’ve sharpened my skills in quick thinking, strategic planning and efficient execution with the mindset of striving to do things right the first time. From managing teams to capturing event moments through photography and videography, my work has been showcased to millions, giving me diverse hands-on experience in both esports and creative production.My biggest passions surrounds on team performance, leadership and competitive gaming. By constantly pushing myself to learn new things every week I ensure we are also growing as a company. Whether it’s through management, creative storytelling or supporting our teams in a competitive environment, I thrive in roles that challenge me and help me grow. Being a polymath by nature, I’m always excited to learn, adapt and contribute in meaningful ways to Alliance and Esports.
