Developed culinary and managerial/administrative skills with diverse positions and venues coast to coast with stops in Texas and New Orleans in between. Early career was primarily spent cheffing at high profile, cutting-edge restaurants exploring and developing New American cuisine and it's focus on local, regional products and techniques.Began working seasonal resorts in the late 90's; primarily executive and managerial positions at ski resorts in the winter and various positions in Alaska in the summer.
