• Performs Restaurant Safety Audits for 8 restaurant brands with large geographic territories ensuring best practices are followed in high incident restaurants. • I support in the research, testing and deployment of new equipment, design change implications and operational process changes through consultation with internal departments and outside vendors (e.g. Supply Chain, Design/Construction, Culinary, TQ, etc.)• Participates in SVP and Director of Operations meetings to review performance, trends, emerging risks and risk mitigation recommendations to help operations management streamline processes.

• Responsible for the day-to-day operations of my markets throughout the Southern Region of the United Sates. • Ensure menus developed have variety, freshness and taste according to College Fresh standards. • Ensuring budgets are being maintained by all chefs and standards of cleanliness in the kitchen is paramount in daily operations. • Maintaining a great relationship with the leadership and members of every house in the market.• Generating new business in both existing and new markets.
