I am also a Food Consultant at Heritage Nature Organics UAE, a well-established manufacturer and exporter of natural products from Sri Lanka.As a Senior Sous Chef, I work with a team of chefs and kitchen staff to create mouthwatering dishes that meet the dietary needs and preferences of our clients. I also ensure the quality and safety of the food, following the Person in Charge (PIC) certification standards.As a Food Consultant, I collaborate with Heritage Nature Organics UAE to innovate and create value in their products, enhancing the quality of healthy living.
