I am an accomplished and experienced chef, chef-instructor, and conference coordinator. I inspire by example and help lead the charge in our food industry to move to a more sustainable plant-forward diet.Having been a part of the culinary industry for 25+ years, my work has focused on my passion for food, through building community, teaching, and most recently, leading culinary with Rouxbe, the world's largest online cooking school.
