I am passionate about all things food and drink. Nothing makes me happier than learning something new or being around individuals who can teach me something new. I love working with meats and seafood; I am skilled in butchery, smoking, creation of pates, terrines, sausages, forcemeats.While my first love is Charcuterie, I am a very well rounded Chef. I love all things food and Industry, and because of this I want to learn as much as I can. I crave the rush of the line, and although I am advanced in my career, I have no problem being in the trenches during crazy rushes. I pride myself on my ability to not crack to pressure.
