Hello, my name is Executive Chef Tony O., originally from Northridge, California. I earned my first Culinary degree at the age of 19 at CIA's Hyde Park, NY school, ranked #1 in the nation. Since have earned two more Culinary Degrees and have traveled extensively Nationally and Internationally to learn my craft. I am also a certified Nutrition Specialist, Certified in Natural Plant Remedies, a certified Personal Trainer as well as being a Certified Professional Kitchen ManagerI AM A FORMER ATHLETE, who knows the importance of nutrition, BALANCED with a great exercise regime. I specialize in Fine Tuning experienced athletes to maximize speed, agility, reactiveness and quickness. Not only am I certified to do so but Have been trained by some of the greatest national coaches and now I teach that of which has been taught to me.In every aspect of life, be it Academics, Athletics or even Cooking in my case. I have learned that success comes only to those who dedicate long hours, sacrafice personal time and wants to strive to be at the top of their game. I certainly believe I have done so both Athletically and in a Culinary way and hope to have taught many young men and woman, that hard work and dedication will eventually, after many mistakes become professionalism!
