- Reviews and provides Owners' input to contractors as they developSchedules for their project components,- Reviews contractors ‘schedules for adequacy.- Lead the integration and roll-up of contractors' schedules, alongwith Owners' tasks, resulting in an overall Owners' Project Schedule.- Coordinates schedule risk analysis.- Interfaces with independent project reviews.- Establishes Owners' schedule milestones.- Monitors contractor and Owner actual progress versus plannedprogress, provides exception reporting, and recommends actions.- Defines and optimizes critical paths.- Identification of long lead items
