- Monthly production and analysis of operational dashboard for the management and shareholders (31 companies, 8 countries, € 250 million in annual revenue, € 35 million in operating income)- Monthly production of operating accounts for managers and calculation of their incentive bonus (300 managers, 2600 consultants)- Quaterly production, analysis and presentation of the accounting situation of each entity and group consolidated situation in collaboration with the accounting department- Control of the different tables from other services (Sales, Purchase, HR, Support ..) as part of the development of the dashboards- Follow-up of the budget process in collaboration with the General Management and the partners, also analysis and monitoring of overhead costs and explanation of variances.

- Plan and direct the delivery of monthly and quarterly financial reporting and supporting workpapers- Coordination of annual audits and tax return preparations for the group (perimeter of 4 entites) with a CPA firm- Budget monitoring (OPEX & CAPEX) and R&D project reporting (workforce and deliverable)- Fundraising and inverstor relations : Business Plan, assistance in preparation of compliance and investor reporting, response to diligence requests from prospective investors and existing investors (4 fundraisings from 2016 to 2018 for 12 M€)- Plan and direct the delivery of quarterly and annual financial reporting and supporting workpapers, including the coordination of annual audits and tax return preparations for the whole group (perimeter of 4 entites)- Conduct monthly analysis and reporting of actual vs. planned results with explanations of key variances- Prepares financial statements, footnotes and supporting schedules and performs analysis prior to distribution- Participates in systems projects and enhancements to shorten the close cycle time and financial reporting time.

- Invoices recording, daily cash balances, bank reconciliations - Participation in closing (CCA, exchange rate differences, account justification, etc.)- Monthly et quaterly reporting (inventory, closing operations, provisions, analysis and justification of balance sheet and P&L accounts) and year-end closing financial statements- Assist with annual audit, tax return preparation and social statements - Assist with the annual physical inventory
