With over 15 years of experience in the field of health and social protection, I began my career in an NGO where I developed deep expertise in program management and research (both qualitative and quantitative). These experiences led me to the Senegalese Agency for Universal Health Coverage (SEN-CSU). Our mission at SEN-CSU is to ensure universal health coverage, and with dedication and rigor, we pursue this goal, working every day to improve the quality of life for the population.I first held the position of Head of the Research Office from 2016 to 2018. Then, I was promoted to Regional Head of Louga from 2018 to 2022, where I implemented the national strategy for Universal Health Coverage at the regional level. Between 2022 and 2024, I contributed to the development and implementation of strategies aimed at making health risk insurance enrollment systematic through the development of partnerships and endogenous financing mechanisms. Today, I serve as the Regional Head of SEN-CSU in Thiés.
