- Reinvented the Quality Assurance function, optimizing its resources to offer wider and better results while reducing the headcount by 50%, while increasing the annual volumes produced by around 150% reaching 4million tons of Feed stuff handled and processes per annum.- Tansformed the Quality control processes with automation and new analytical technology ultimately thus reducing the analysis costs by 80% as well as ROI time.- Reformulated the Quality Assurance & Food Safety Management Systems to meet standards while minimizing it’s documentation, integrating ERP solutions. Thus becoming the first Feed and animal nutrition company to achieve ISO-9001 and ISO22000 certifications in the Saudi Arabia.- Successfully implemented the Customer complaint and feedback system starting with customer’s feedback and ending with his satisfaction, with metrics cascaded to all internal stakeholders.

As part of my commitment to educate future generations on Quality, I am introducing Students to Quality Engineering. Teaching TQM, QA, QC, Auditing, Reliability and Continuous ImprovementMy commitment is to prepare future generation of Engineers and give back to the community.

Contributed to the successful launch of a multi-million-dollar operation (Grande Cote Operation) by developing the quality management system, onboarding the new workers, establishing the Quality control procedures and the Quality assurance processes to ensure timely and accurate monitoring of operations inputs and outputs along the manufacturing process.

- Contributed to the Successful QHSE global transformation initiative that standardized the Management Systems through all of SGS operations worldwide.- Under the direct supervision of the Global OIMS Project Leader, contributed to establishment of new companywide QHSE set of standards and policies.- Developed Operational procedures, training material and organized the training and coaching of local QHSE Management leaders in the North and west African and the Caspian region, totaling 20+ countries.- Engaged with local Affiliate MDs and CEOs to secure the Support and resources that ensured proper implementation of the new QHSE Management system and providing solutions to concerns about local context and regulation.

(Provide Expertise to 100+ Companies across 20+ African Countries)- Successfully Managed the Quality and Market access component of the AFD- AAFEX project supporting 50+ companies from 20 African countries meet with EU quality standards.- Successfully Implemented Quality and Food Safety Management systems in selected companies and enabled them to achieve various Quality certification (ISO22000; Global Gap; ISO9001, Global GAP, Food Cert...)- Helped several companies sign access export markets in EU and Japan by providing: Gap Analysis and action plans with economic solutions, technical assistance in B2B negotiations, compliance and market analysis, Process and product improvement solutions, Supply chain and operational cost optimization.

- Transfomed the laboratory function from reaserch support only to a leading contract laboratory service provider to the Agro-industries in the West african region.- Extended the portfolio of analysis thus significantly increasing the equipment's utilization- Implemented faster, cheaper and robust analytical processes, while achieving ISO 17025 Accreditation.
