His career spans over almost two decades, with a diverse range of experiences and responsibilities.He began his career in Aruba, where he spent the first eight years honing his skills in the field of public accounting. During this time, he gained valuable expertise in managing and serving audit engagements in various industries in the Dutch Caribbean. Chejito also served as the learning coordinator for Dutch Caribbean office. Chejito's professional journey also took him on a two-year international assignment in Pittsburgh, USA, from 2011 to 2013. There, he continued to manage and serve audit engagements for a wide array of clients, both public and non-public, including Fortune 500 companies.Back in Aruba, in 2013, Chejito took on the role of Manager Internal Auditor at a local Financial Institution, broadening his experience and knowledge in the financial sector.In 2017, he founded and incorporated Monarch CPA LLC, a forward-thinking accounting and advisory firm.
