• Worked with the Founder to develop and execute a recruitment plan to ensure participation in the first in person summer camp for STEM Gems.• Developed application and interview process to recruit 50 girls from the Atlanta Metro Area for the 2023 summer camp at Georgia Tech.• Hosted training and workshops for parents and students in preparation for the summer camp.

● Work with Chief Equity and Academic Officers to organize project plans that drive towards strategic benchmarks around implementation of the Graduate Aims & CRSE vision.● Continue to foster external relationships with organizations and people who can serve as partners in the execution of TLS specific graduate aims initiatives: Project Based Learning and Debate.● Collaborate with the Regional Content Directors to create equity alignment in their work which includes managing the auditing of current curriculum and making changes to support the Graduate Aims & CRSE benchmarks. ● Project plan, manage and lead a team of curriculum writers around large curricular writing initiatives such as the emerging PBL/Capstone projects & Student Experiences• Create robust communication plan to continuously engage staff, families, and students on the evolving work of the graduate aims.• Create opportunities for external stakeholders to participate and share in the work of the graduate aims.● Observe instructional practices in schools with a specific lens towards Graduate Aims and CRSE and determine next steps for teacher and leader support; in regards to implementation plan and piloting of new material. ● Support school-based leaders in continually evaluating the effectiveness of the Graduate Aims & CRSE goals based on our existing data systems.● Design and deliver teacher-facing and leader-facing Professional Development that drives on the skills, mindset, and internalization of evolving project-based curriculum.● Support and execute STE initiatives (Robotics & Data science) at KIPP NYC based on student and teacher practice data to ensure that STE instruction aspires to the vision of excellent instruction across KIPP NYC

As a strategic leader, over the past 5 years I have: *Developed and executed a vision across schools based on KIPP Foundation's STE indicators by 2025 in the following areas: (1) Science Content Knowledge (2) Design, Computer Science & Engineering and (3) Robotics*Developed teachers/leaders through training on best practices in STEM education and our four diversity, equity and inclusion themes: (1) self-awareness and affirmation of identity/culture (2) literacy in science is liberation (3)science is for all students and (4) family & community engagement. *Awarded over $1.35 million dollars through various grants to support the expansion of STEM which included: Computational Thinking in Elementary School (Robin Hood Foundation), Data Science in Social Studies (Robin Hood Foundation & Bootstrap World of Data Science), Robotics (FIRST & NYC FIRST)*Developed partnerships with organizations (CMOS, non-profits & OST organizations) to expand accessibility to STEM in various programming offered to teachers and students.*Served as the Culturally Responsive Sustaining Education working group co-leader and formulated KIPP NYC's Culturally Responsive Sustaining Education vision.*Served as a member of the KIPP Foundation STEM Leadership team.
