I was instrumental in defining the Product Test Methodology for the organization,Metrics definition, Automation skill development, the pre-sales assets creation & Goals for the group.@ YAHOO!, I lead a 110 member Quality Engineering effort of Social Platform. It involved White Box, Black Box & API Testing & Regression through Automation. I pioneered the Agile Test Methodology in Yahoo!Achieved 90% of automation in YAHOO!@ SOFTURA, @ SUNTEC I lead the Product Engineering & Test Services BU.@ ORACLE & SUN, I started my testing career as anAPI Tester of Java API for Sun Micro Systems and later with Oracle IDC@ APPS & BEANS, I floated couple of IT ventures - ane-Commerce start-up & a patent pending Mobile 'float' ad platform. I was the key architect behindtheir conceptualization & UI/UX design, ProductManagement, Engineering & Goto Market strategy. It also won couple of accolades from Google &FacebookNoteworthySpearheading SUNTEC for the strategic initiatives like 100% Test Through Automation and Test Driven Development. Part of Product Advisory Council in HSBC & SUNTEC (Feature, Roadmap) .I initiated & drove HSBC GLT to hire Fresh Grads of Chinese Origins from Vellore Institute ofTechnology, Chennai for my China operations. This one was first of its kind in India!Attrition in my group have never crossed 8% which is always around 55% less than organizations’average and industry average.The last 14+ years (2011 - 2023) has been the most exciting period of my career. I co-founded two IT Startups - eCommerce & Mobile Ad platform. I practiced the length and breadth of Product Management and leadership role - User Research, Market Analysis, Product Strategy, Product roadmap, Goto Market and Sales enablement.I developed a global consumer app that was acknowledged by Google India as a runner up among best consumer apps in 2015. Facebook has chosen to bootstrap us under FBStart in 2015.
