In addition, Michelle services Agents and Brokers as well as end Clients by attending Open Enrollment meetings and Benefits Fairs and acting as a direct contact for Customer Education. She is a seasoned Sales Agent with over a 100% retention rate during her tenure at Opticare. She also heads the renewal process for existing clients, ensuring that current groups are adequately informed about upcoming renewal dates and rate changes. Before working with Opticare, Michelle worked from 2005-2007 as a Customer Research Associate for First American Real Estate Tax Service and before that for many years in property management.
