Starting in real estate in 2016 and within the first year I received the Long & Foster- Grove Avenue's rising star award as well as the top agent for Prosperity home mortgage referrals. After being with Long and Foster for 2 years, I decided to make the switch to Shaheen, Ruth, Martin and Fonville- where I have proven to be a top agent in the firm each year since. Providing excellent, attentive and detail oriented service is what I have always strived to do. In 2019, I was 11th in our office of 124 agents and have since then maintained a gold level in units and silver or gold in volume of homes sold in 2020 and 2021.In 2019, I decided to add to my work portfolio with becoming a business owner and I opened and founded Coco + Hazel (named after my daughters) while also maintaining my full time real estate career. Coco + Hazel is an espresso and specialty milkshake shop in Richmond, VA that I started as a sole owner. In 2021 I opened Coco + Hazel's second location in Bon Air. I solely marketed the business and grew the social media to 25k in followers. Featured in multiple news outlets, publications and podcasts the business flourished and was voted as on of the top dessert/ice cream shops in Richmond. I have a passion for marketing and have enjoyed marketing myself in real estate as well as market and grow a brand in Coco + Hazel. After deciding to sell the business in September of 2022, I decided to dive back into business ownership and founded Las Nubes Play, a modern and elevated event rental equipment business in March of 2023.I am currently a full time real estate agent and love the connection that my job provides to people, the fulfillment of assisting buyers and sellers navigate an ever changing market. Giving attention to detail, ultimate customer satisfaction and advocating for my clients best interests throughout the process are what makes me stand apart from others.
