About Chelly Mateo

I am relatively new to freelancing and executive assistant roles and love this work-from-home setup. Also, I have been in the government services particularly in the education industry as an Administrative Officer II who was in charge as a Property Custodian, Human Resource Management Officer, Registrar, and Supply Officer. Furthermore, have been in the BPO industry for more than 11 years and have handled different roles like credit review and analysis, collections and cash applications processes, master data management, training and quality management, emails and queue management, strategic and leadership meetings, capacity planning, forecasting, staffing and workforce management, reports and analytics, Operational/Business Excellence, health insurance billing and claims processes, change management, automation process, data privacy and Information Security System Management (ISMS). I used to work for the biggest clients like Microsoft and Anthem. I am also knowledgeable with different tools like SAP, ServiceNow, Oracle, Productivity Tools, Canva, Slack, Clockify, and MS Office Tools like Excel, Powerpoint, Word, and Sharepoint. My experiences with diverse people, geography, culture, technology, and industry nurtured my technical skills and knowledge that I hope I can share and contribute to the organization and community. I am to say the best achievements with my work experiences: no attrition for 1 year, NO FRAUD accounts created, SLA compliance with clients’ quality standards, eliminated AWOL cases, and awarded as an Elite Innovator (innovation idea with USD X million projected SAVINGS).
