Resident Experience Associates assist residents and visitors of Bozzuto's communities. Responsibilities include providing information about the community to prospective residents, receiving packages and deliveries, planning resident events and specials, and solving resident's problems and issues. My particular role also included acting as a liaison between Bozzuto and Sonder, a hospitality company that operated within the apartment community. I assisted with Sonder's daily operations including guest check ins, quality assurance checks, and customer service.
