The Impact Fellowship equips each cohort of 40 practitioners with the skills & knowledge to enter the world of impact investing & sustainable finance.

• Created impact strategy, framework, and reporting for the first municipal bond fund to focus completely on fiscal justice in Black cities, which raised nearly $60 million in the pilot phase. • Authored reports on fiscal injustice in Black cities that measured, for the first time, the financial risk created by racist municipal finance decisions. • Testified to the House Financial Services Committee as the lead researcher on fiscal justice in municipal bonds at HBCUs. • Developed data analysis that informed investment research and insights into municipal bonds that serve Black and Brown communities.

• Managed over $20 million technical event projects for clients including Google Cloud and AnitaB.org, host of the largest women in tech conference. • Developed new internal labor analysis that enabled our department to justify an increase in headcount.

• Developed new automated and interactive monthly finance and operations reporting system for a $200+ million restaurant business. • Created new management dashboards utilizing SQL and Microsoft Power BI that enabled the CFO to make fast decisions about product pricing and labor costs. • Implemented new analysis framework and tools for piloting marketing initiatives to calculate ROI that helped the CMO identify the best initiatives.

• Developed detailed financial models and pitch decks that helped late-stage knowledge-based startups raise millions of dollars in startup capital. • Created Jordan’s first pilot impact Islamic finance loan fund for youth technical education.

• Authored publicly released sustainability reports for leading energy and industry sector companies in Qatar. • Wrote a National Energy and Industry Sector Sustainability Report section on workforce in 2012 and 2013.

• Researched, wrote, and edited reports, policy briefs, and concept documents.• Produced biannual performance reports for the donor detailing progress at the Center.• Coordinated the Jordan River Rehabilitation project for the Palestine office.
