About Chelsea Baker

I am a communications, engagement and social impact specialist, consultant and network activator. I work with leaders and teams to co-create systemic and placed-based, human-centered solutions. I offer freelance services and deliver projects under Visible Impact, a bespoke consultancy dedicated to assisting organisations and groups enhance social impact outputs. I assist people foster multi-stakeholder participation and leverage creative tech, design, and business solutions tailored to their social purpose. As a human services professional and community development practitioner, I specialise in trauma-informed wellbeing, therapeutic arts and co-design.
