Responsibilities:- Manage and increase an eight-figure grants budget- Lead a grants team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure effective grant writing and submission- Develop and implement a comprehensive grant strategy aligned with organizational goals and funding priorities- Conduct prospect research to identify new funding opportunities from government agencies, foundations, corporations, and other grant-making organizations- Write and edit grant proposals, applications, and supporting materials in collaboration with other departments- Ensure timely submission of high-quality grant proposals and reports that meet funder requirements and guidelines- Collaborate with program managers and finance staff to gather data, budgets, and programmatic information necessary for grant applications and reporting- Monitor and track grant deadlines, reporting requirements, and outcomes to ensure compliance- Cultivate and maintain relationships with funders, partners, and stakeholders to enhance grant funding opportunities and support ongoing collaborations- Stay informed about trends and best practices in grant writing, philanthropy, and nonprofit management to continuously improve grant development strategies
