In my role, I manage the complex interplay of demand forecasts, operational constraints, and market conditions to secure ocean capacity with carriers. I'm responsible for ensuring carrier performance aligns with our operational standards and proactively managing risks during peak volumes. My contributions extend to network planning, data analysis using tools like Excel and Tableau, and collaborating with procurement teams for ocean carrier bids. I play a pivotal role in assessing and influencing technology to support our planning processes.
