ILOVETOUR are the UK’s number 1 student sports tour operator with a target market of 18-25 year olds. I began my journey with ILOVETOUR as event staff and worked my way through the ranks. My most recent role was Head of Sales and Marketing, alongsidee Festival Director during the event period. My responsibilities at ILOVETOUR are outlined below:Head of Sales and Marketing- Team management; target setting, performance management, L&D-Sales and marketing strategy - Planning and implementation- Sales meetings & presentations (audiences of 2-250 people) -Marketing (offline and online) - All creative design work, budgeting & purchasing, planning and performance analysis-Reporting directly to the Managing Director-Attending weekly meetings and keeping in constant communication with all of the senior management team-Liaising with the operations and finance manager

- Festival Director in resort, responsible for a team of over 100 staff and 3000 students per week- Incident controller for any high level incidents, crisis management, first aid emergencies - as per the company’s IMP- Responsible for training all staff in resort during their induction period- Creating and implementing an Event schedule for the course of the festival- Liaising with the operations team to assist with capacity management, client expectations and smooth operation of festival- Organising events at Universities for Freshers events, launch parties and promotional events- Familiarisation visits to festival destinations, University campuses, etc.- Liaising with suppliers, both in and out of the UK

Mongoose is a cricket equipment business based in London. The brand is most commonly known for their best-selling bat the MM13. With its long handle and shorter blade, it’s said to produce 20% more power than the average conventional cricket bat.Mongoose has recently transferred to new ownership and will be relaunching in 2020. I worked with the team on the following: - New business plan- Digital marketing strategy- Social media marketing strategy- Market research - Creation of prototype bat designs
