In this role, I coordinate travel, manage financials, train team members on internal systems, run floorplan meetings with clients. I also liason for all supplier communications and work with our graphics team to coordinate floor plan.

In these roles, I juggled many tasks. I was in charge of invoicing and budgets, ordering supplies, managing travel, setting up couriers, assisting with floor.

Following each major project, I arrange for shredding services as well as collect and distribute mail from our assigned building mailbox. I interface with building management on all issues of office.
