About Chelsea E.
Being the first official hire at Custard Client Services was the best professional experience of my career. With the support and mentorship of a great leader, I learned the Energy Storage industry in a few short months. Working for this start-up taught me how to be a strong remote worker in a growing industry by utilizing many skills including analytical, organizational, onboarding, customer management, and more.Recently, I worked as a contracted Account Manager for Stem, Inc, the Global Leader in AI-driven Clean Energy Solutions and Services. In this role, I managed 20+ mid to high level accounts, including Fortune 500 companies. I was responsible for maintaining the client relationship for all Ontario, Canada accounts and others in the California. This involved speaking to energy executives about BESS installations and presenting system analyses to show performance.This past year, I co-founded the Noggin Dashboard with my dedicated partner.
