SouthWings crafts flight experiences that give passengers the inspiration and evidence they need to take action to protect and restore the communities and ecosystems of the Southeast. As the Director of Volunteer Pilot Engagement, I manage all aspects of the recruitment, onboarding and retention of our amazing volunteer pilots who donate their resources and expertise to make these flights happen.

Provided an early education experience for two-year-olds. Created safe environment for learning through play and structured activities. Screened children for potential delays and recommended early interventions if needed.

Managed care plan of nine young girls at a Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility. Coordinated with all members of the treatment team to provide care and safety and to advocate on behalf of the residents.
