Provide strategic oversight on the design, development, and implementation of girl experience programming to ensure they are relevant and consistent with the mission of Girl Scouting. Collaborate with staff and volunteers to expand the emphasis on getting current Girl Scouts, previous Girl Scouts, and their families engaged throughout the year. Keeps current on product program information and supports training and messaging that is offered to volunteers. Provides interpretation and oversight of the implementation of GSUSA initiatives and national and local trends affecting girls throughout the Council jurisdiction. Use data effectively to improve the Council’s ability to achieve results and measure outcomes. Effectively oversee administration of program delivery including contract review, coordination of new and existing vendors/contractors, service delivery, evaluation, and timely reporting to various departments within GSGLA. Develops and administers a Girl Experience annual operating budget, including revenue and expense projections. Monitors financial reports to ensure allocations are in line with Girl Experience goals. Encourages and supports cross functional work with all departments to maximize success in achieving Council’s strategic priorities. Assisting the marketing team with the design and distribution of marketing materials.
