Most of my learning came from my time student teaching, this is when I was truly able to see the type of teacher that I wanted to become. I believe that I am able to manifest lessons taught in order to allow them to accommodate for each child's needs. I have acquired the necessary skills to run a classroom smoothly. My ability to accept constructive criticism from colleagues and supervisors has allowed me to shape my understanding of teaching and mold it into something that I am proud of. I have a strong ability to build rapport with not only my colleagues, but the students and their families as well. This allows me to create an environment that is warm and appealing to each who enter the classroom. I believe that I bring something to the field of education that is very beneficial to all, as an educator, I am always ready to learn new things, looking at situations in many different views, and ready to take on whatever challenges this rewarding profession might possess.
