I have a total of twelve years experience working with three to five-year-old children, two of those years were with Head Start. I feel that my twelve years of experience as a lead teacher, assistant teacher, and child specific aid give me an advantage in ensuring a positive environment is maintained. I am very familiar with Head Start’s framework, philosophies, and standards. I also know how critical it is to stay up to date with and adhere to Louisiana licensing requirements. I will bring knowledge, creativity, patience, and professionalism to any position I may fill and I will ensure the children receive the skills they need in order to give them the educational start they deserve. I will also help their families in accessing the resources available to them while forming partnerships with them and other members of the community.
