I ensure all Pathways Vermont employees at our 11 statewide offices are in compliance with training needs. I organize, track, and elicit feedback about all staff trainings. At LHS, I worked to educate and counsel community members about pet welfare, safe practices, and community resources. I also worked to organize and train volunteers that served on the client care team. I joined the School for Ethics & Global Leadership it it's third year of operation. I founded, developed, and implemented a student wellness program driven by student and staff feedback.
