Ms. Calhoun has over 16 years of program/project management (PM) experience which includes 14 years of providing PM support on medium to large scale federal acquisition projects and programs. She has effectively managed integrated product teams (IPTs), prime contractors, and stakeholders. Ms. Calhoun also has over five (5) years of experience working for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), and has knowledge of their acquisition system life cycle, and the DHS Acquisition Directive 102-01. Ms. Calhoun is a skilled scheduler, managing and developing work breakdown structures (WBS), integrated master plans (IMPs), and integrated master schedules (IMS). She also has earned value management (EVM) expertise, and can proficiently monitor and track the status of prime contractors’ cost, schedule, and technical performance. Ms. Calhoun has excellent oral and written communication skills and is able to quickly build and maintain good working relationships with a variety of stakeholders in a multi-agency matrix organization. She is analytical and detailed oriented with a background in chemical engineering, and scientific research and development.
