Taught three college freshman-level Writing Composition classes, which involved developing lesson plans for each class meeting, lecturing and conducting discussions, and one-on-one work with each of my students. I also held office hours for students who needed extra help and graded/gave feedback on their work. Class themes included language inclusivity and racism in the media.

Provided technical and grading support to the professor who provided asynchronous lectures and assignments. This involved reading and prepping classroom materials and activities every week, grading, maintaining communication with students, holding office hours, and reporting back to the professor of the course.

Input student Thesis and Fieldwork projects into ArchiveSpace. Reorganized books and collections for more effective management and searchability. Helped students and researchers find and check out books and collections.

Supported authors in the editing process of their completed or partially written novels. Gave constructive criticisms and critiques of the content of the novel, such as character development, plot progression, dialogue fluidity, and world-building.

Provided English language instruction and education using the VIPKid teacher platform with relevant and inspiring lessons. Reviewed lesson plans for accuracy, grammatical errors, and fluidity, enhancing both the learning and teaching experience. Provided a fun and engaging online classroom environment for students while also introducing teaching tips to other educators to present lessons to children with other cultures.

Delivered comprehensive administrative and office management support to advance fundraising/development functions for a nonprofit organization. Seamlessly fielded and directed incoming calls, responded fluidly to program participants, supporters, and donors. Managed the donor database and followed up on donations, expanding engagement while building community. Designed and distributed creative graphic posters to promote fundraising events and amplify fundraising efforts. Advanced and facilitated research for Peer Advisors for Veteran Education, PAVE, program, documenting benefits of peer support on veterans transitioning into academic life through a series of interviews at 40 partner campuses nationwide. Enhanced program by conducting research on the effectiveness of the PAVE program, quantitative and qualitative benefits of the program, developing analytic results, and presenting findings derived from a series of interviews at more than 40 partner campuses nationwide.Proactively attended research meetings, transcribed interviews, managed data entry, edited audio files with Audacity, and coded interviews using NVivo, reviewing and logging data from partner campuses to create and maintain spreadsheets with various partner schools and participant information. Utilized online databases to find peer-reviewed articles for papers and wrote summaries of the results.

Drove performance by managing a variety of data management functions, projects, and assignments for various shows, including Les Misérables, The Little Mermaid, The Magic Flute, A Comedy of Errors, and The Merchant of Venice. Managed a broad range of productions and administrative projects and assignments to orchestrate operations, advancing the program, and organizational mission. Provided comprehensive administrative support, filing documents, managing data, sorting paperwork, and taking meeting notes of Program Managers’ and Directors’ meetings. Contributed to the production of 12 plays and musicals, creating, building, and refinishing props while coordinating set design, drop off, and build time, building or refinishing props for productions in concert with Lighting, Sound, Scene, and other departments.
