Lead a team of three (3) project managers supporting 360 View's 80+ clients, including:•Influencing the future of the software: act as the voice of the client to development leadership to identify required enhancements; review prototypes of enhancements and provide feedback on usability, design, and functionality; test software•Managing the entire client implementation queue: Align resources based on capabilities and limitations; coordinate meetings with all teams – customizations, core development, support, sales, and QA.•Supporting customer success activities: drafting communications, organizing content and emceeing annual product conferences, building use cases for system functionality, recommend best practices, delivering product training, and facilitating webinars on new features•Developing new professional services for our clients: hire and onboard staff to create new billable services for the client

Implement new implementations and upgrades for 30+ customers ranging in size from one branch and 20 employees to 300 branches and 4k employees, including:•Establishing and maintaining the implementation processes for 360 View CRM (comprised of five distinct and marketable modules): facilitate sales handoff; document processes, checklists, standard project plans; ensure development, support, and implementation resources are allocated to deliver on time; facilitate client and internal meetings. •Create and deliver client training: establish training as a revenue stream, as a means for maintaining existing client relationships, and creating product stickiness through client education; maintain training documentation•Design and deliver the customer experience: meet with potential clients and serve as a system SME to build confidence and assist the sales team with the close; facilitate kickoff calls; prepare new customer kits with all necessary documentation; facilitate status calls; oversee content migration; serve as system SME for configuration and
