I coordinated and managed multiple marketing and communications activities to help drive business success for Quest and JD Edwards users. In my role, I developed and executed communications components using a variety of media to meet the needs of internal and external stakeholders. This includes the development of current member and prospective member marketing materials for Quest signature events (COLLABORATE, JD Edwards INFOCUS, PeopleSoft RECONNECT) as well as meaningful digital and print materials for strategic campaigns. I also gained experience in capturing campaign results, identifying trends and reporting insights across multiple industries.

I collaborated with key internal stakeholders to develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and digital and printed promotional materials across ITI's extensive portfolio of trade publications and industry conferences including Streaming Media magazine and affiliated Streaming Media East & West conferences et al; KMWorld magazine and affiliated conferences; CRM magazine and affiliated CRM Evolution, Smarter Customer Service conferences et al; among others.
