Leader of a global team of 11 purchasing, inventory and sourcing professionals for Berlin Packaging's Northwest regional supply chain efforts. Owner of more than 200 domestic and international supplier relationships. Responsible for $200 million in annual spend and $38 million dollars of inventory.- Reduced inventory by over $8M in 2018, while increasing turns from 2 to 6.- Negotiated $2.1M in annual savings through SKU rationalization and consolidation.- Achieved annual savings goals of $2.9MM in 2018, 125% ahead of target.

Oversee purchasing and logistics operations for Middle Eastern locations, including supervising 9 acquisition professionals in awarding and administering $54M annually. Manage daily customer interfacing, budgeting, quality control, regulatory and customs clearance compliance, subcontracts, freight forwarding, and 3PL movements. -Direct all procurement and supply chain activities for a wide range of supplies and equipment, including cold chain (food and medical supplies), pharmaceuticals, dining supplies, fuel, vehicles, heavy equipment, construction materials, VOIP phone systems, and IT systems.- Reduced cradle-to-grave supply chain by 38% through automation, end-user training, standardized forms, implementation of a freight forwarding contract, and overall system modernization. - Initiated, negotiated, and set up freight-forwarding contract with 3PL that lowered shipping costs 12%, achieved 100% compliance with import regulations, and reduced lead time. - Generated cost savings through renegotiation of bottled water pricing, reduction in master vehicle BPA pricing, and introduction of vendor penalty program for late deliveries.- Implemented and managed deployment of Maximo/Costpoint integration as a key interface program.

Recruited to role with direct accountability for implementing all policies, procedures, and best practices for a centralized supply chain across Europe. Supervised, trained, and mentored staff of buyers and expediters (two in the US and three in Germany). - Consistently maintained 99% on-time delivery rate for construction materials and other items (above goal), leading to an A/A+ rating from Program Management. - Led sourcing, onboarding, and qualifying of 150+ suppliers in Europe and Africa. - Managed sales strategy in Europe and interacted with clients, achieving $11M in sales.

Directed daily operations of purchasing, logistics, and subcontracts for $200M+ of bulk product purchases for 1,500 consumers at 200+ facilities. Set priorities, tracked shipments, monitored inventories, and oversaw sourcing for all supply classes to meet program requirements. - Saved nearly $0.04 per gallon on fuel by establishing a new fuel contract.

Managed up to 13-member team (3-4 local and 8-9 remote) in supervising daily purchasing and logistics operations across three globally located Middle Eastern sites. Approved, tracked, and monitored $30M in budgets covering all three sites.- Reduced historical days for processing by over 23% by computerizing and automating procurement operations.- Served as liaison for local government agencies, involving customs clearance, freight forwarding, and other authorizations. Saved $4.2M+ by processing diplomatic tax exemptions.
