- Conduct client meetings and oversee all customer relations and transactions
- Coordinate weekly employee schedules to ensure proper setup and teardown
- Keep constant communication with vendors and clients for the most up-to-date information
- Assist clients with questions and concerns to ensure client satisfaction
- Increase visibility and interest through social media and blog posts
- Acquire and assist with all final details before the event including: final count, itinerary, reception planner and special requests
