My career kicked off with a focus on marketing, however, a passion for curating customer experiences quickly came to the fore. Most of my career decisions have been driven by the guiding principle of "maximum learnings, not earnings” which has taken me on an exciting journey of discovery thus far.At Root, I have channelled my passion for customer engagements, as well as my experience in people and process management to win in Sales Operations. The role has allowed me to play to my strength's of creating order out of chaos, but kept me working within a dynamic team environment and collaborating with multiple stakeholders on a daily basis, which I love.
