I lead Tourism and Visitor Growth strategies for the Greater Regina area. Our team focuses on four key areas - Events, Conventions & Trade Shows, Visitor Experience, Destination Assets and Product Development to help support our visitor economy.

•Work with Promoters, Agents and Entertainment Industry professionals to identify event opportunities for the Brandt Centre and Mosaic Stadium and lead the booking of all rentals, self promoted and co-promoted shows and events•Research the viability of each concert/event and thoroughly understand the marketplace to make informed business decisions •Act as liaison between the venue, tour managers and promoters during load in, show day, and load out•Execution of concert riders including managing the event budget and working with all departments within the venue to ensure a successful delivery of each show•Guide Marketing and Communications to push out information of upcoming events including assisting in the development of marketing materials and the individual marketing strategies for each event•Work with the Business Development/Partnership team to create assets and ensure deliverables are achieved and executed. Supported the team with relationship management•Use of EventPro to manage the logistics order for major events, including the creation of work orders and FF&E rentals•Work with the Saskatchewan Roughriders Football Club and the WHL Regina Pats to ensure a seamless transition between sporting events and entertainment events and strategically align each organizations calendars•Oversee the creation, planning and execution of the Queen City Ex including development of annual business plan, project management, budget creation and management, and full delivery of the event•Responsible for regular Executive reporting on the status of all entertainment events, including financial reporting, KPI’s, budgets, market research and prospect lists in comparison to other venues
